Wii still outselling the Playstation 3

For the fourth month in a row, Nintendo is the number one in the hardware sales chart. The best selling home console is still the Wii, wich remains in limited supply (I got mine a week after it launched in Europe, yay!). At the bottom of the charts is the Playstation 3. The most remarkable thing is that even the PS2 is outselling the PS3! The same pattern can be seen in portable consoles. The Nintendo DS reigns supreme, selling more than twice as much as the PSP.
I think the Wii is a great console, despite the outdated graphics. The CPU is essentially an improved Gamecube. What it needs are a few killer games that are designed from the ground up for the Wii, and not Playstation or XBox ports. This will almost always result in crappy graphics. For example, Zelda: Twilight Princess looked quite impressive, because it was designed with the Gamecube and Wii in mind. The graphics of Spiderman 3, however, look like they come from a PS1!
What games am I looking forward to? First of all, Resident Evil 4. The graphics look quite impressive for the Wii. Another game in the RE series is Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. This will be an "on-rails shooter"; I hope Nintendo will come up with some sort of gun for the Wiimote before it's released! I'm also curious about the new Final Fantasy game for the Wii. Square Enix isn't too generous with details, however. No screenshots, no videos, nothing! I hope they will finally reveal at least something!
