They sell parts for Volkswagen and Porsche old timers, such as the Beetle, the Transporter and the Karmann Ghia.

Jet Wing

While it's not a jetpack or personal flying saucer, this thing is still pretty cool. What is it? It's a wing that you strap to your back and then you jump out of a plane with it, turning you into a glider. For level flying, you fire up the jet engines under the wing. It has enough fuel for about 5 minutes of flying, after wich you can glide to the ground.

Fire fighting capsules

Here's something interesting: a fire fighting system that consists of capsules you throw into the fire. The small round capsules you see in the picture contain a fire fighting agent and explode when throw into the fire, releasing the powder. The big cylinder is an oxygen tank, in case you are surrounded by smoke. Of course, don't make the mistake of throwing the oxygen tank into the fire!

Really tiny portable harddrive

Wow! Now that's what I call a portable harddrive! And it's got a decent capacity: 500 Gb! I have a 500 gig external harddrive on my desk and it's the size of a book. This drive is aimed at mobile users and is entirely bus-powered. Unfortunately, it has only Firewire connectors (Firewire 400 and 800), something wich is a bit rare on PC's. Well, might be usefull for Mac users!

Pac-Man Cupcakes!

From january 25th to 31st, gamers celebrate the holiday of Wintereenmas, a creation of webcomic artist Tim Buckley. Originally created as a joke in his comic Ctrl-Alt-Del, it spread into the real world. The most common way to celebrate it is to invite friends over and play games together, but this seems like an excellent idea as well!

USB Paper Shredder

Suppose you're caught with some highly sensitive documents that would bring about the end of the world if anyone found them? Wouldn't want that to happen, would you? Just throwing them away isn't gonna destroy them! With this little gadget, you don't need to worry about that anymore. It's powered directly from the USB port (although it will also work on four AA batteries) and is small enough to fit on any desk. It can shred an A6 sheet of paper (half an A4 sheet) into 3mm wide strips.

Ripple Mini PC

Ripple has released a new mini pc based on the ITX form factor. This is no computer for playing Crysis, of course. It has a 1.33 Ghz Intel Celeron CPU, 1 gigabyte of RAM, on-board SiS Mirage 1 graphics and one PCI slot. The price of this little thing? It costs 132$ in Korea! There's not word yet about when and if it will be available in Europe or the US.
This would be a perfect computer for a home network server. You don't need powerfull hardware for that. Most important in such case is low power consumption and low noise. Put Free NAS on it and you have a cheap network storage device!

Magic Fireballs

First of all, a disclaimer. If you decide to try the stuff from this video, keep in mind that playing with fire is dangerous. Don't do it inside your house and make sure there's someone with you to put out the flames if you set your ass on fire. I haven't tried this myself and I don't intend to do so. Should you decide to try this and end up burning down your house or sending yourself to the burn ward, don't blame me.
Okay, so what is this video about? It shows you how to make magic fireballs. These are, apparently, balls made of cotton cloth that are soaked in lighter fluid. When set on fire, you can hold them in your hands without getting burned! I guess this is because the bottom part of the flame isn't nearly as hot as the top. Looks pretty cool, but again, don't try it unless you know exactly what you're doing. And put the can of lighter fluid far away before you light the balls!

Flying Remote Controlled Car

Many years ago, futurists predicted we would all have flying cars by now, go on vacation to the moon and have nuclear powered vacuum cleaners. Things turned out to be a bit different, but this toy gives you your very own piece of retro future. At low speeds, it drives like a car, but when it reaches 30 km per hour, it takes off and flies like a plane! During flight, it can reach speeds of up to 45 km per hour.

In addition to optical storage media, they also sell flash-based drives, such as USB sticks and memory cards. You can even get custom made USB sticks, imprinted with text or a logo. Perfect for gifts!
Perhaps a little less common these days, but also still available: tape! They have tapes for DV cameras and every kind of data tape. This is not so easy to find these days, so if you use tape backup and can't find the right media, Super Media Store is definitely worth checking out.
And finally, they have duplicators. Simple duplicators that just copy a single disc, or fully automated ones that copy one disc after another and even print something on them!

Retractable Wiimote wrist strap

Let's face it: the included Wii remote wrist strap sucks. It's uncomfortable to wear and doesn't stay on your wrist as it's supposed to do. This strap does the job a lot better. In comes with a velcro cuff that stays on your wrist properly and a retractable strap that can extend to 13 inches. A lot better than the original Nintendo strap!

Airgun Depot

Paintball and BB-gun shootouts are fun as hell! When I was in college, we used to shoot at each other all the time in our dorm or sometimes in the abandoned fortress just outside town. Also available are all sorts of accessories, such as CO2 cartridges, scopes, cases, pellets and targets.
One of the most popular BB-guns they currently sell is the Daisy Red Ryder, a lever-action rifle. It has a magazine for 650 BB bullets, has an adjustable sight and a safety and comes with safety goggles, three tubes of BB's, a cloth case and some targets.

Wii-style speakers

This 2.1 speaker set goes perfectly with your Nintendo Wii. The subwoofer looks like the Wii itself, while the sattelite speakers look like Nunchucks. Also, the subwoofer has a dock you can place your Wii in, although I don't think it's a good idea to place a game console next to a booming subwoofer.

Alienware is showing a radical new display prototype at CES. It's a super-wide DLP display, roughly equivalent to two 24" monitors next to each other. What's really unique is the fact that it's curved, placing you even more inside the action. This would be really cool for flight sims! Currently, it's just a prototype, but they expect to start selling them somewhere this year. Here's a video of the display:

Wireless Wii nunchuck

No matter how much I love the Wii, the annoying cable between the Wiimote and the Nunchuck sometimes just ruins it (especially with Wii Sports Boxing). Why didn't Nintendo make the Nunchuck (and the Classic Controller) wireless? I can forgive the mistake with the Nunchuck, but the Classic Controller should have been wireless! Okay, the wire doesn't bother me that much, but it just shouldn't be there!
Fear no more, fellow Wii fans, Nyko now has a wireless Nunchuck controller! It works just like the standard Wii Nunchuck and uses two AAA batteries that last for 30 hours. Not too bad, right?

Mix tape USB drive

A long time ago, but not in a galaxy far far away, there was something called a mix tape. Before there was MP3 or even Minidisc, the audio tape was the only way to copy music. Many people used this to make their own compilations of their favorite music; this was a mix tape, and a popular gift if you couldn't think of anything better.
This gadget tries to bring back memories of that time. The idea behind it is that you make a music compilation of MP3 files, put it on the 64 megabyte USB drive (I had no idea those still existed) and put it in a case shaped like an audio tape. You can even write the names of the songs and the compilation on the tape or a paper insert. In the end, however, it's just a USB drive with a low capacity...

Genius Traveler 350 trackball

On the desktop, the trackball has all but died, except in places where there's not enough space to use a mouse (would be a great idea in the lab where I work). For laptops, they are a bit more popular, since not everybody is a fan of the touchpads. The Genius Traveler 350 is designed with Windows Vista in mind, featuring Flip 3D and Media Center buttons. Looks a bit too big for a "Traveler" device, though.

Blu-Ray enabled Macs?

According to Ubergizmo, Apple will soon start shipping computers equipped with Blu-Ray players. An official announcement of this is expected at the next Macworld Expo. No pricing details are available yet, but I wouldn't bet on a cheap price tag!
With Apple supporting Blu-Ray, things don't look so good for HD-DVD. Blu-Ray is already much more widespread, mainly because the PS3 plays Blu-Ray. The XBox-360 has an optional HD-DVD player, but that doesn't seem to have a lot of success. And, finally, when I visit any electronics or video shop, I always see Blu-Ray movies and players, and never a single HD-DVD item! Seems like so far, the format war has been in the favor of Blu-Ray.

IT Planet offers a big range of discount hardware solutions aimed primarily at businesses. This includes items such as bar code scanners, label printers and video surveillance cameras.
One of their biggest product categories is data capture. This includes the already mentioned barcode readers, but also items like portable data terminals, card readers, signature capture pads and all sorts of wireless network accessories.

There are the classical coin-op arcade cabinets, such as their Ms. Pacman, Galaga and Pacman 20th anniversary edition, racing simulators like the Home Pro Racing Simulator, but also billiards and pool, air hockey, electronic darts boards, pinball machines and much, much more! In addition to games, they also sell kiddy rides, photo booths and all sorts of vending machines!
For most items, in-home delivery is available, as is in-home game setup. Shipping insurance is included in all shipping prices.

Wii classic controller grip

The Nyko classic controller grip gives the Wii Classic Controller a more ergonomical shape. On top of that, the Wiimote itself can also be attached to it so the cable is out of the way when gaming.
Personally, I think that last feature isn't really necessary. Although I would have preferred the Classic Controller to be 100% wireless instead of connected to the Wiimote, the cable doesn't bother me that much. I think a Wiimote hanging on the controller is a lot more annoying!
